Privacy Policy

When you use a contact, sponsorship, or senior-center inquiry form, we collect your first and last name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Your message is sent to our staff email inbox and a copy is emailed back to you as a confirmation.

When you click a link that leaves our site, we record the page you were on, the link you clicked, its title and category, the page that referred you, and your browser type. We use this to understand which resources are useful. We do not attach your name, email address, or an account to this record.

We also use Google Analytics, which collects standard usage information such as pages viewed and approximate location. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

Our site links to independent third-party websites, including affiliate partners such as Amazon and Bark. When you follow one of those links, that company may place cookies on your device and collects information under its own privacy policy, not ours.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate our website, email delivery, and analytics on our behalf, or when required by law.

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain our records. Click records are kept in aggregate for planning purposes.

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us by writing to bnutting@playitforseniors.org. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests.
